Love coming to this location, the Coffee is delicious and the food is made to order. All the staff are very nice and they have online ordering through an app called Toast. The only issue is parking… But if you can walk to this location, please do it!

Food is mediocre. Service is outright unacceptable. The two European girls are consistently rude, prioritizing their own side work over guests standing right in front of them. There’s no sense of urgency, no warmth, and no basic hospitality. Simple requests take far longer than they should, and interactions feel like an inconvenience to them. While this has been an ongoing issue, today was the breaking point. I have mixed opinions about this place. I have been to a few other Coffee Connection locations and they have been wonderful. This location however, I have not felt the same. The girls who work there are kind and helpful, however the older bald man, who I assume is the manager? Does not seem to be the kindest. I have seen him on a few occasions getting loud with the employees and being mean to them. I think it is a little unprofessional to exert this behavior to your employees, especially infront of customers. I don’t know if I will return to this location even though it is in a very convenient
