I’m addicted to the nutella bowl, its a must have and I get it very frequently in large quantities. Food quality is good, relatively healthy depending on what you get. Food quantity compared to cost is insufficient. Prices are fairly high. Employees & manager are absolutely awesome people, very friendly.

I had the worst experience at this Playa Bowls in Wayne today. I ordered online, and had to wait 15 minutes for a Nutelloco bowl after arriving on time to pick it up. The name indicates Nutella would be on the bowl, but they left that off. The shop was mostly empty. The staff was not busy, rather focused on gossiping about their co-workers and playing on their phones. If you’re charging someone $20 for a bowl, at least have it made on time and with all of the ingredients. This shop can learn a lot from the Exton location where the bowls are always excellent and the staff is fantastic!

I’ve come here twice and both times it’s been such a disappointment. This was the worst playa bowls I have ever had in my whole life and I’ve been to more than 10 different locations. My açaí bowl was STILL ICY AND INEDIBLE! And the bowl was half full are you joking????!!! I paid $30 to get shitty açaí bowls for me and my sister.
