TO THE OWNER OF THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION!!! I had a very BAD EXPERIENCE here last night, Monday night, February 24, 2025 after 11 PM, with the Latino manager named Alfredo. He was rude. He was giving me attitude and push back. I placed an order for a large pizza with extra pepperoni and EXTRA green peppers. From the pictures and video there's not a lot of green peppers and I paid for that. I placed the order online and I walked into the store and I asked the white guy making the pizza if I could see the pizza before he put it into the oven and the manager Alfredo told me NO. Shocked they actually did add the extra pepperoni but unfortunately the store Mgr was not helpful and lied to me several times. He told me I couldn't change my order in the system even though I hadn't yet paid, he didn't want to start over when it was only two pizzas. I opted out on giving my phone and the staff was OK with it but when he took over the new ring up he demanded it, then it was pulling teeth asking for the same two pizza special available. This outlet of Pizza Hut is simply great. So far I ordered here 3 / 4 times for pizza and I always had good food as well as great customer service. The staff is always polite, considerate and very helpful. There is no seating arrangement here as this is a grab and go place. Usually there aren’t more than 3 parking spots but you shouldn't be spending more than a few minutes here. If you order pizza then you should use their app for all the latest deals. It’s easy to use and convenient. I'll definitely continue to go to this Pizza Hut.
