I have been going to Culver's on west main Street for years now and I just wanted to say that this time in particularly was just amazing because of one young lady that is new and currently working there her name is Renee and she was just amazing, very polite and what a positive attitude! Working always with a smile. it reasons like this that keep my husband and I always coming in other then the great food they serve I am a big fan of this Culver's I recommend this place to to everyone! And I hope all have this same great experience as we did .

Certainly one of the best fast food restaurants. Sometimes a little slow, but usually very good service. Clean and kid friendly atmosphere. Great menu and better quality than most other fast food reataurants. Fair prices. Honestly I can't complain.

We literally said, we’ve never been here before, the lady taking order rushed us through so fast that we didn’t even get time to make sure we ordered right. Apparently only one of us got a meal even though we said 3 meals, she made us go through so fast that we didn’t even get all of our food. So disappointing

Ordered a cod fillet sandwich. Got a piece of deep fried cod on a bun at the drive-thru then stopoed at a park to eat. No tartar sauce, no lettuce, nothing on my sandwich except the cod. I've never had to specifically order the toppings. Made for a very bland sandwich. Did something change?
