Even when there's a lot of people working it's very easy to be ignored. It's weird. Folks doing other jobs don't even acknowledge you're there. And as much as I love the hazelnut coffee it's never available. So I can stand there while the one person working non online orders is busy with others eventually gets free and has to remake the coffee or just deal with it. I get it, online orders are the priority for most places these days, but man. Food is indeed great though.

Haven't been here in years, but love these 🥯 bagels. I was planning to just get an everything bagel with butter and I saw this sign. This sandwich is the diggty bomb. Sweet w/a spicy kick. The reason for 3 * review is because two employees (male/female) were stuffing their face with food at the front counter. I'm all for employees getting to enjoy what the public loves, but not when you are the one preparing the food for the patrons. The short hair lady had on disposable gloves, but that doesn't do any good if you put food in your mouth, keep the same gloves on, & then prepare food for someon

I love Einstein, but the customer service is horrible. Also unfortunately I will need to stop coming here. Here is my breakfast they served me. Also I had ordered online bagels and had ordered wrong and called them and they never answered.

Came in for a pickup, it was quick and easy to get. The bagel sandwiches we got were good, but we did have some stomach problems later that day. Not sure if it’s from the sandwiches we had, but will probably give them another chance to see!
