We've been past Lumberjacks many times, today we stopped in and this is now our go to place when we're in Redding. Besides having a great atmosphere they have great food, decent prices and great service. Nice comfortable feel at home place. We had biscuits and gravy with sausage patties and pancakes with links. They now have a breakfast menu special with meals under ten dollars. The sausage patties were the best I've had in a very long time, I'd go back just for them.

2nd time coming here as we are locals . We asked for a booth and the host said she would have to find one and walked around looking for one in the back area.. There was a couple empty booths in front of us that available when you walk in . She walked to the back and said she found one and cleaned the table off and sat us down.. I was puzzled as why not take what was right in front of us lol. Wifes food was good. But i Ordered a full order of biscuits and gravy and 2 sausage links. Biscuits were hard and cool as if they were made an hour ago or more, but the gravy was hot like trying to mask

We showed up with 14 people today Mother’s Day after having a reservation at another restaurant that was all screwed up. They had us in our seats in about 15 mins the manager was super nice and went over and above! All our food came out hot and was amazing our waiter did amazing with such a big party our drinks were never empty. I will be returning as much as possible to support such amazing people and amazing service and food
