I am writing to share the incredible experience my family and I had at your restaurant recently. We do not have an Arby's near our home, so this visit was a treat for us. While the food was great, the real standout was the associate who helped us, Rasheeda (I hope I have spelled her name correctly). Rasheeda provided outstanding service and is the sole reason we would go completely out of our way to visit this specific location again. Staff as always very friendly, clean dining room and delicious food. I ordered the 7.99 meat and 3 meal; mozz sticks were delicious, cobbler roll was THE best,, chicken sandwich was fresh and tasty as always!! Fill up under 10 bucks for sure:)

Came to drive through 4 hours before closing time. They said they had no roast beef and would be a 25 minute wait for that. Still took 15 minutes to make a chicken wrap and I was the only customer 🙃

I arrived here at 7:44 pm today and ordered two meals and mozzarella cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were cold and not fresh, the fries were cold and also not fresh. The sandwiches were a mess and also cold and not fresh. I have the pictures to prove it. it’s so disgusting that, I probably won’t even eat it. You’ll see why once you see the pictures.
