So I literally came back to this place after a great experience the day before. Well JADA was in the building and gave a complete different experience. NEVER AGAIN. Her complete unprofessional demeanor, sitting at the register and not even acknowledging our presence. I would recommend a different location. Sorry for thise other guys the day before. These guys Michael and All are great here. Amazing customer service, nice smiles great food.

Been to several locations around Metro area, never had a problem. This one isn't up to the expectations I had based on previous experiences. The taste of the food was as expected but the construction was haphazard. The woman working the counter and drive-thru was just going through the motions. Maybe it was just a bad day for her, but it was noticeable. When there were no customers to attend to she seemed to be chastising the two men in the back. Their conversations were en Español so I could only discern tone, but there was quite a bit of raised voices. When not talking, she was on her phone

I didn't like paying $30 for scraps. The sliders are to small. They're smaller than white castle. Not happy about this meal at all. Plus they gave me a fake chocolate shake. Vanilla ice cream with some type of chocolate syrup. I will never come here again. Hello Motz burgers.
