I had heard so much about Bricks and Birch’s pizza, and am glad I finally got to try it!! The food and service here are both excellent, and I like how spacious the restaurant is. We ordered a custom pizza with tomato sauce, basil, butternut squash, vegan cheese, as well as the Triple B with tomato sauce, butternut squash, vegan (cashew) cheese. Both were delicious— I highly recommend the tomato sauce and housemade vegan cheese!! I look forward to trying more pizzas next time!

I’ve been recommended to check out Bricks and Birch by my roommate! I was told the Thai pizza was a must-eat. For my first time entering this pizza restaurant, I was struck by the amount of light that streamed into the open windows. There’s plenty of seating as well indoors and outdoors. You can directly observe the oven and the flames by which pizzas are cooked in. I came in with the objective to find a good pizza for a potluck for my life group in graduate school.
