This was by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. Our family waited approximately 30 minutes for our food only to receive multiple incorrect orders. Each order included one plain sandwich and one regular sandwich, yet every sandwich was prepared plain. The fries were also served cold. When we attempted to politely address the mistakes with the staff, they were very dismissive and unwilling to listen.
