I go here daily, literally. The staff all know me and my usual orders. Aside from "lite ice" being a crapshoot and often ignored, the service here is great. Craig helped me find a coffee order that I actually love. Almost all of the staff is friendly and caring. Like most Starbucks, the good seats with outlets are highly coveted. But the long table by the cash register actually has power and usb outlets hidden under the tabletop.

I am a daily customer at the bridle Trail, Starbucks, and every single day without fail Sasha and Michela always make my day 10 times brighter!! They truly care about their customers and make it a point to build a good relationship with them. I’ve stopped going to any other Starbucks so that I can support and see my friends. They both know Mine and my mom’s names and our usual orders (Including the light ice). The atmosphere is also amazing, a great place to study and or do homework. They put a lot of thought into making sure your drinks and or food is perfectly made.

On a cold morning, it was nice to find this Starbucks open when I arrived at 5:15am. Pretty empty inside, I found a seat, ordered my coffee and popped open my laptop. I spent the morning working from here, pounding away at the keyboard, dialing in to a Zoom call or two and watching the waves of customers coming and going from my seat. Coffee was decent - it helps to be very specific with your order.

A very lovely employee named Tara was walking through the seating area and was so thoughtful and observant that she stopped and asked me if I need any napkins or water. I've never encountered such service at Starbucks, almost made me feel like I was in a cafe. Felt like she actually cared and was looking around her store for a way to make things even better. The small gesture she made really surprised me in such a nice little way. I hope she becomes a manager one day!
