My McGriddle was good. A woman (elderly) was standing at the counter for a long, long time (asking for help). No one acknowledged her for the longest time. It’s very sad. Where has the customer service gone?

Very disappointed. I ordered through the drive-thru and when I got home I realized the burger was clearly undercooked/raw in the middle. This is a serious food safety issue, especially with ground beef. The frustration is even greater because ordering through the drive-thru gave me no real option to return or have it replaced once I noticed it at home. I could not finish my meal and expect much better quality control from McDonald’s.

Standard McDonald's fare here... nothing was surprising until I tried to grab some food at ~3:30 a.m. Totally fine for the business to take a break/close during dead times. What I don't like is how Google Maps still list this location as 24/7. Please update your hours if they are no longer 24/7. I went up to the drive through and was told: "Sorry, we're closed right now." - Over the intercom

Likely the worst McD I've ever been to. Go here if you want to waste time. Go here to lose time that you'll never get back. Go here for a ridiculously long wait for anything. Will only be back when a time machine is invented or I learn how to bend the space-time continuum.
