I had a really disappointing experience at Roladin kosher Backery The customer service was poor from the start—staff seemed inattentive and uninterested in helping. On top of that, I was shocked they wanted to charged for what was literally the smallest portion of carrots I’ve ever seen in my life. I had a really good experience at Roladin. The owner treated us extremely well and made us feel welcome right away, which always leaves a great impression. Stumbled across this place not knowing it existed I just moved in the area, I was looking for a bathroom was told to make a purchase, then I choose my item I was told that I need to buy a meal to use the bathroom money not the issue time was, I would consider this a masterclass in losing customers, I don’t think she recognized me, and finding out that this is a kosher Jewish restaurant after, maybe she would of been more welcoming if I had my Star of David on.
