Awesome food and great service!! The fried mozzarella was amazing! Can tell it’s made in house and not a frozen product like everywhere else. Can’t say enough about the pizza either. 10/10 crust, 9.5/10 sauce, and all together fantastic. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu!!

I love this place, I would say though it's just a pizza sauce that makes it for me. Pizzas with extra topping are just not as good as a plain pizza sauce with light cheese or no cheese lol. Very chilled, great lives, parking is very limited but if you're willing to walk a little bit you'll find something for sure.

I stopped by with friends for our first visit Novara and we were all delighted with this gem of a restaurant. My friends ordered sandwiches while I enjoyed a simple pizza. The crust was perfectly executed with a crunchy, chewy texture and the sauce was light, bright and perfectly proportioned. The toppings were fresh and the cheese held everything together without being a heavy presence. Although I live in NE Minneapolis, this bistro is well worth the trip.
