I went here for brunch and it was a pleasant surprise. When we walked in. we had 4 ppl and a baby and they directed us to grab a table and come back to order at the register. this was a great tip cause seating is limited for groups over 2. we ordered quickly and food took no time to come out. I had an egg and soy-sauge sandwich. I intended to order vegan but didn't realize the egg was real egg, I assumed it was vegan because my sausage was. I ate it anyway because I didn't want to waste it but next time will read the menu more carefully. Needless to say my egg and soy-sauge on an everything b

Harrison Street Cafe is one of our few Vegetarian restaurants in town. Almost everything on the menu has a vegan option too. Their food is always good - well seasoned, big portions, and great texture. I believe they make their vegan meats in-house too. They have great talent in their kitchen.

The service was wonderful. However, the owner was extremely rude. I didn't like how the soy-sauge tasted n asked if they could make another one w/o the vegan meat. They did not put cheese on the burrito which was supposed to be included. I took 2 bites. The owner accused me of eating 1/2 the burrito. Not true. She argued that there was cheese on the burrito - there was none. She said she had food to make for other customers n would "deal" w me after that. She stated, "what do u want me to do about it?"
