I have lived around the corner from Sugar Shack for a few years now and have always enjoyed walking there to get a donut and a coffee. They have such a wide variety, but I usually stick to the same thing at most places I go. I’m from Brooklyn NY where there are tons of donut shops but I have to say that Sugar Shack by far is the best I’ve had and I’m 50 years old so I’ve eaten a lot of donuts. I moved to Virginia in 2019 and didn’t have my first Sugar Shack donut until 2023/2024 (I know, waited way too long)… but after my first bite I knew I found the one. I’ve been going there ever since. It’s hard to get there often due to work schedule and distance but I make sure to try to get there at least once a month. The shack is always clean, donuts fresh and employees are amazing.
