I been going to Johnny Rocket for some time and I have no complaint about it, they are extremely nice and if anything is wrong with the food they go above and beyond to fix it. Until recently I saw that they do not use gloves when dealing with your burgers. I saw them use bare hand when preparing my burger and placing them in the wrapper. It’s a little concerning just cause I don’t know where there hands been or if they wipe their sweat with their hand as I seen before. Not sure how other feels, but just doesn’t sit right with me since every other fast food place I been to always required to u

Had a very good experience. The food was fresh, and tasty diner style burger with sauce similar to In n out but a completely different burger! Fries were great, hot and fresh. The cashier was very kind, patient, and friendly as it was my first visit. Prices were fair for market. Location is decent, parking can be hectic at times. My only suggestion would be to update the interior a bit.

Food was good however customer service could use a bit of attention. Felt rush at the drive thru like I should have known what I wanted on my first visit here. The girl taking order had no patience. Also chicken tenders for my child were old and nasty. Mushroom burger was good. Chicken sandwich seemed undercooked makes since with the sense of urgency this place has.
