My family, and I, got some coupons in the mail for KFC. We found one for a $4 pot pie, and decided to go with that instead of cooking. We checked the limitations and there was NO MENTION OF A LIMIT. We didn't go crazy with it... just wanted 4 for the family. The teller said it's only good for ONE, and dismissed what they had written on the coupon. Didn't even ask to look at it. In writing, if there is a legal matter, they rule based on what is WRITTEN vs a "policy". He didn't check with a manager, or see what he could do remedy this. Just OUTRIGHT DISMISSED US. After a day at work I had the munchies for some chicken and kfc usually hits the spot if I’m wanting a cheaper and quicker option but when I received the featured chicken twister meal I don’t think I’ve ever had a sadder image laid out in front of me. I literally laughed when I saw it and when my girlfriend and I looked at our fries we had little surprise burnt bottom of the fry basket mystery things. Could not recommend you go literally anywhere else unless you want to spend ur dinner on the phone with customer service getting a refund.

This was in my 3 year olds happy meal that he ate half of, INCLUDING the raw chicken. This is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and a health violation. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and also didn’t receive everything so we had to go back in. The person that helped us through the drive through was rude and I will not be going there ever again for ALL these reasons.

Review: Today I had all my teeth pulled, so I can only eat soft food — and let me tell you, Kentucky Fried Chicken came through for me. KFC has the best mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and gravy. I got a great big serving of mashed potatoes and gravy, and when I opened the lid, it splashed all over me. Honestly, I couldn’t have been happier. I even put the Kentucky Fried Chicken bucket on my head and showed everyone a picture of Buckethead, the former Guns N’ Roses guitar player, who has famously worn a KFC bucket on his head since he was young.
