I don’t know what happened but this place has gone down hill. The past few times we have been what we get through the drive through is not what we ordered. Normally I just leave it alone and don’t go back in. This time I did because I wanted stuffed mexi fries and they gave me normal. The older lady asked to see my receipt which would not be an issue if she gave me one. But she is the one who took my order, payment, and who I talked to all in a 15 min period. I completely understand why they keep closing their buildings now. The service is awful. Only come later at night when they don’t have the geriatric crew working. I ordered a large stuffed mexi fry and was given the regular mexi fry so I took the container in from the drive through for an easy exchange since I ordered the stuffed, and nope, the lady wouldn’t help me without the receipt because “we can’t prove you ordered a large; you may have just paid for a small.” I even brought in the large container in for the exchange, so wherever, I had to go back out to find the receipt that wasn’t orig

I love this Taco Time because it is also a burger place! There is a guy that always takes our order at night that is so nice. I need to ask his name. Our food is always delicious! My son loves their burgers, fries and shakes. Of course Taco stone is also delicious!

Unbelievable. I ordered nachos and mexi fries. I was asked at the window if I want any sauces and I asked for fry sauce for my Mexi fries and was told I would have to pay for it. I guess we only get fry sauce if we order 'french fries" not mexi fries. So I had to come up with 40 cents more on top of what I had already paid. Are you kidding me? She had just asked me what sauces I would like and I had to pay for sauce? The employee was even embarrassed. The nachos were terrible by the way. I will never be back. No wonder so many Taco Times are closing.
