Hit or Miss — Disappointing Soup, Great Sandwich Stopped in today for lunch and left with mixed feelings. We ordered the Wild Rice Chicken Soup, a Ciabatta Cheesesteak, a chicken soup with a half sandwich, and a refresher drink. The wait was about 20 minutes, which felt long for a fast-casual spot when you walk in hungry. The biggest letdown was the Wild Rice Chicken Soup. I've ordered this at other Panera locations many times and always enjoyed it — creamy, rich broth with tender shredded chicken. Dining experience was horrible, the inside was filthy, I was never asked what type of side I wanted, I will not be coming back to this location. Bathrooms was filthy as well.

I love this particular location, because of their super convenient drive thru. I always put my Orders ahead (usually French baguettes and drinks), and they are ready in minutes. Their managements and customer service is excellent. The staff’s always smiley and flexible. Love them!

It is still a Panera breads but you will have a special experience here. There puck two is more delicious and flavorful. Coffee is fresher than any other Panera I have been. The store itself is crowded but super clean. Abundant parking spaces are another pros of this location. I really like this place
