I placed a big $40 order and they asked me to wait in the front because they had to cook it. A half hour later, I was still sitting out front so I went through the drive through and had to beep my horn to get someone's attention. The woman said the cook had to leave and there was an emergency and she had to cook the food herself. Why didn't they come outside to tell me? Because that was a bald faced lie, that's why. The truth is, I never got an order that didn't have something missing. I don't know how I let my guard down without checking my order before I got home. They forgot my Chicken Sandwich and the online people didn't help either. Either they keep transferring me back-and-forth. This kfc sucks

The chicken is deformed I dont know what it is but it definitely is not chicken. The hot and spicy wings I thought were gonna be a spin off of the bbq spicy wings back in the day with the wedges. Biting into them scared the daylight out of me there is a layer of some sort of meat or tissue separating the skin and the little bit of actual chicken meat by the bone. The bones are very brittle and discolored almost like a baby chicken bone. Im traumatized honestly.

Horrible I agree that I am not supposed to get any good experience in any KFC, I know that for sure... in kfc that is not mandatory, but today was even worst than the worst ever.... My order took more than 30 minutes to reach to me, i arrived, i told the kfc person my mobile order name (the app said that it was ready for pick up 5 minutes ago) . The kfc lady ask to the cooker lady about my chicken sandwich order , the cooker lady said that she already prepared that specific order and another lady said that my order was already picked up, then the cooker lady said "I ain't preparing that orde
