They say how a restaurant treats it's bathroom is a reflection on how it treats it's food, and the bathroom at this JiB was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had caked on stains all over the sink and toilet from years of neglect, and the floor and walls had a layer of grime from the hundreds half hearted attempts to clean up for the night. I can't even eat the food I ordered because they didn't even have soap. Staff was at least friendly.

Tbh this place is a nightmare in the nighttime. Waiting to order food takes about 10 mins in drive through. Then when you finally get to order after the long wait time it’s another 10-15 mins just to get food . Food service is entirely too slow. Hopefully the GM or DM can fix this.

Drive thru employee was very kind and patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored.i asked him to please speak louder because I could barely hear and understand him thru the speaker. When I approached the payment/pickup window, I realized the person was the same nice associate taking my order. His name was Jean. I asked him for his name, because I was very pleased with how I was treated. Good job, Jack in the Box, for employing a nice young man!

Might as well close this place and open something good, place is a mess and Flys are filled in the dining area, one worker that came out just sat on her phone before walking back inside.
