I gave this place a second chance after an issue last week, but unfortunately the experience was still disappointing. On my first visit, I was told I’d be charged for chips and salsa because I didn’t order a “full meal,” which wasn’t communicated upfront. Despite that, I still tipped generously. Tonight, the environment felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I went inside to place a to-go order. They had one party of 4 who I walked in with and someone picking up a to-go order sitting at the bar. They were not busy, and had at least 5 staff members on the floor and behind the bar. I waited at the bar next to the person who was waiting for their food when I got there for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged.
