I work 2nd shift. Any time ive ever gotten food here after work its cold and i know its been sitting for an hour. How hard is fast food? You dont even have to prep the veggies or fill sauces or anything. Its not even busy times when i get food there and its always cold old food thats been sitting since the dinner rush.

I ordered some food at around 8:30 p.m. I went and picked it up and almost my entire order was incorrect. Asked for only ketchup and cheese on the double stacks. They had ketchup, Mustard, onion, and pickle and no cheese. I called to see if they could refund but since I ordered through the app I was told I had to contact them through the app. After spending time not getting through to anyone due to the customer service being closed and the live chat being down, I had to call again. I was then told very rudely to drive all the way back with the burgers and they would replace it. Once I arrived
