If you're comparing this to authentic Texan Barbecue in Houston or Dallas, it's fairly average. As a beef lover, I was a bit disappointed by the limited selection—brisket is the only beef option available. The portions are also on the smaller side, and the fries are fresh and crisp. On the plus side, they offer six different sauces at the table, which is a nice touch! The staff is incredibly kind, and the restaurant is impressively clean and well-managed. I'd realistically give this a 4.5, but I'm rounding up to 5 stars for the wonderful hospitality

Love this place. Really good food. I tried the beer and was very nice too. Pulled pork is what i always have and try all the bbq sauces. Friendly service, nice people. The place is also decorated, very patriotic. Everything looks very cool, with uniforms, patches, pictures, etc. 100% recommend.

The food was so bad I asked my friend whether we didn't tip enough or something since I considered the quality to be some sort of punishment or prank 😭. The brisket was was so dry it literally had a dried out, grey lining on the outside on the cut surfaces like it was exposed to air for a day or something or was reheated too often. The charred exterior was fine but definitely burned too far into the meat. The slaw was nice and refreshing though the celery seeds overpowered it. The fries were very stale. We took it with humor, though I would probably not be coming back for the food. The place
