We were briefly stuck here during a storm. and staff wouldn't let my son use the bathroom. They even had blocked access to the hallway towards the restroom with a table and he almost wet himself. After saying he wasn't allowed to use the rest room staff then hid in the back. My daughter had to dump her drink out so he could use the cup. It was disgusting and insulting to be treated this way. The food was decent.

Love this location but EVERYTIME when I still have around 30 minutes to order before the close, they close early. Picture was taken at 6:32 and it clearly says from 5-7. Disappointing. Add onto that, today 03/30, went to dunkin to get a bagel with cream cheese the dude at the counter gave me a egg, bacon, and cheese croissant????

I love Dunkin’ coffee, but the service at this location was really slow. Only one person was working behind the counter, and even with just two people ahead of me, I waited over 10 minutes. The area around the store didn’t feel very safe, with a noticeable presence of homelessness. Disappointing experience overall.

It was calm and quiet. And the donuts are good. The blueberry glazed one is my current favorite.
