Alicia, the young lady in drive thru was extremely efficient, as well as sweet and personable. I had added on a side of sour cream at the window last minute, and when she went to hand me the bag of food she said, "wait hold on one second. I want to make sure he added the sour cream to your bag!" I instantly told my Bf, I have NEVER HAD ANYONE GO TO THAT EXTENT TO MAKE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING BEFORE DRIVING AWAY! Quickly I might add! So please if there's any way to give her a raise or even acknowledgement in the amazing job she's doing, PLEASE DO SO. She definitely deserves it!

My worst experience at this location so far. One of the items I ordered was a Chalupa Supreme, it was soggy and tasted funny. I got 3 Doritos tacos, 2 of them had broken shells. I also got some of the new nuggets and they were so over cooked that they were like little rocks. I was getting the nuggets for my toddler 😐. When I got to the drive through window my order was handed to me so quickly that I was shocked. The food must have been sitting there a while. The cashier didn't say hello or have a nice day. He just handed me the credit card machine so I could pay. He then passed me the order

So convenient. Righr there in the middle of the shopping center. Really enjoyed the food. It was made to order. The employees were smiling and i could tell that they coneidered me an important person.
