Went during lunch rush today and these fries were soggy and seemed like they were sitting there for long time. They used to make good fries now we just keep getting these fries that seem like they were reheated. McDonald’s has always been about the fresh hot fries. I’ll be going elsewhere

I was just picking up my order and the lady at the front was really rude. I nicely asked her could you please check on the order and he bluntly and very rudely replied sir we don’t go by names we go by numbers. Honestly it wasn’t a big deal but her response was so rude

⭐️ McDonald’s – Concerning Customer Service Experience I stopped by this McDonald’s and had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve seen in a long time. The employee taking orders, Jocelyn, was extremely rude — not just to me, but to a special‑needs customer in front of me named Micheal. Micheal had a paper with his food list, and every time he tried to speak, Jocelyn would shush him, tell him to stop, or hold her finger up at him.
