I got really good customer service from Justin, the manager, Jorge, Stacy, Gracie. I also love their positive energy and service. They had a nice smile and they are really good people. I really like the food and drinks. It is very affordable and I highly recommend it. I love the rewards program.

Service lately has gone incredibly down hill. FOH team member ignore guests at the register waiting to be helped. They also walk right by you to continue their side duties. Several times I've seen the cashier on the food line conversing with the cooks without a care in the world. A manger-looking person grabs an iPad from the register area and walks away without acknowledging the growing lines of customers while no cashier in sight. Impossible to get a quick pick up order. I advise placing an order online 30+ minutes before you plan on picking up.

This was my first time eating inside of a Panera. If the food wasn't good, I would have given them a lower score. My daughter came in on a rainy day, and it was colder inside to the point we both had goosebumps the whole time. After we ordered on a kiosk, we went to look for a table but they were all so messy some with even plates still on them. We waited and watched the screen for our food, when it came up they forgot to give us our cups and some of our food and I had to go back and ask about where the rest of it was. They gave it to me with an attitude like I should have asked the first time

Waited 25 minutes even after I received a text message saying my food was ready for pick up. Unfriendly staff in the afternoon and the dining area was not clean at all. The soup was nearly cold and the sandwich was a looking bread with cold chicken and melted cheese. It’s my third time at this location and the staff is unfriendly especially a woman cooking the meals plus many unhappy customers complaining their orders weren’t ready.
