I waited forever for someone to take my order so I assumed the speaker was not working.I get to the window and they tell me to go back around!🤬 This drive through has no way of backing out or getting out the line so I just wasted 20 minutes of my life! The least they could’ve done when I got to the speaker was to say hold please so I know the speaker worked! 10 minutes getting to the speaker and another 10 minutes waiting to get to the window and still no coffee!🤦🏽‍♀️

I finished my drink in like two minutes. I got more ice than coffee lol. Some days are better depending on staffing. The younger members aren’t as customer service friendly and I always have to repeat and check my order dealing with them.

i ask for 2 donuts boston cream, received 3 boston cream with no cream in it, went thru drive thru didn’t relieve until i got to work,very disappointed
