This is THE BEST sushi in Round Rock. Hands down. It is a little pricier than nearby sushi restaurants, and the wait on a Friday/Saturday is usually over an hour during dinner time, but it is SO WORTH IT. The fish was so fresh. The crispy rice was so crispy. The nigiri was literally the best I have ever had. We sat at the counter in front of the Itamae and it was one of the coolest experiences. He was so skilled at shaping the rice, and slicing and forcing the fish. It was pure art. 100000/10 recommend this place.

​I travel to japan pretty often for the food and honestly i didn't expect to find this level of quality in austin. the fish is so fresh and handled with so much care.. it really reminded me of some of the highend spots in tokyo. the whole experience was just amazing. if you're looking for real quality sushi this is the place.
