There are few exceptions to the first rule of a successful restaurant. #1 Be "welcoming". I felt welcomed and valued as a dining member of our consuming public. My young server, MoMo, was attentive to my needs. The appetizer dish "Vegetable Eggroll" is what I refer to as Vietnemese Eggroll. It was prepared with perfection and in a beautiful presentation. My main course was Pad Thai "Spicy LEVEL 4 of 5" and the beautiful dish I was served somehow nailed the level of heat I prefer. Mo and Emmy waited on us and had great customer service . The owner was also very friendly and ensured everyone in his establishment was happy and satisfied. We had an accident where we tipped over a water, the staff quickly relocated us to a new table to allow us continue our dinner. Highly recommend anyone to try this establishment.

This was our first time trying Rumdoul and I can say the food was absolutely delicious. From the dumplings to the shrimp and chicken fried rice everything was made fresh and hot. The portion size was also perfect for the family. This has to be the best food we've had in a long time. The service was top notch as well and the owners are wonderful people. You have to try this place out if you are in the Rowlett area.
