Food came out fast even though it was made fresh, the late night staff was friendly and helpful when explaining my bill. (Added bacon that increased the price) 😅 overall great but the parking lot is very tight for large vehicles like my truck. 🥲 so be ready for a 5point backing out turn. 😂

Had a mobile order. When I got home I noticed 2 items were missing a Large Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries and a Double Rallyburger With Cheese. Tried calling the store (515 S Michigan Ave) and they would not pick up the phone and actively rejecting the calls. Drove all the way back to the location and was then told I needed the bag with all the food with me so they could verify what was missing, this has happened a few times and usually it's a $2 or $3 item and i just eat the cost and move on. People need to be fired or retraining or something at this location because I am pissed off that this k
