I placed a mobile order for takeout set for 130 pick up. The staff was very rude and disrespectful, especially the gentleman with the green fingernails. Never plan to come back to this Wendy’s again if I’m not hungry, I’ll just keep going down the road and not return. The staff need to be trained on how to talk to customers and how to act professional Not to mention my chicken nuggets look like and taste like they’ve been sitting in the heater for about six hours dried out rubbery and my burger is soggy. The bun wasn’t even toasted. Just an overall horrible experience at this Wendy’s. My sugg

I haven’t even ordered, because as soon as I walked in, I witnessed how rude and belligerent this young lady was being towards a customer. The customer had no attitude, nor was he being ugly. But just because the Wendy’s employee was belittling him so bad and talking so ugly to him, I just walked out. To the young man behind the counter (the cook) thank you for being nice and understanding. I appreciate you helping me find a spoon.

They have drastically shrunk in their food portions at the very least at this location. Do not buy a salad from them. You will be better off buying a salad from the loves truckstop because it’ll be cheaper and you’ll get more. Also, the chicken nuggets that I got were about the size of a quarter which is completely unacceptable. Those are not chicken nuggets, those are chicken bites at that point.
