Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza for delivery...got a pizza with no chicken on it and when called told I had to drive the pizza back to them, guess delivery service means nothing. Also forgot the dipping sauces that got paid for. Ended up getting a credit on it. But didnt solve the hungry factor as threw it away as tasted like cardboard with BBQ on it. Probably use the credit to buy soda as they cant mess that up. The Domino's in Sauk Rapids & the Westwood Area are good....not the downtown one. Maybe they too close to Mr Nice Guys

Extremely poor service. It was raining heavily and I asked for one extra bag because I was walking home. The employee acted like I was asking for something outrageous even though my order was already paid. She gave me one small bag and my pizza got soaked during the 1-minute walk home and became inedible. This isn’t the first mistake either. A few months ago I specifically ordered jalapeño cheese bread without bacon, and they still added bacon. No surprise this store is usually empty while Toppers Pizza across the street is always busy.

this stupid place keeps canceling my orders as it’s out for delivery with no explanation. the order says it’s on the way i can see the car moving in my direction on the tracker and then all of a sudden when it’s close i get a notification that it’s cancelled. i am so tired of it. this is the 3rd time it’s happened in the last 2 months. i am never ordering here again. such a disappointment because i love dominos pizza.

Went for carry out. It was lukewarm. I ordered extra cheese. I didn't even get regular amount of cheese.
