After being in the hospital for three days, getting chemotherapy A pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was the only thing that sounded good. They were out of regular pepperoni so they substituted the cupped pepperoni without asking. The cup pepperoni is very spicy and I can’t eat that without throwing up. Called to let them know was told I would get a new pizza. Got a callback saying that they would not resend a pizza because they have no drivers and it’s all going through DoorDash. I asked if they could please just send a cheese pizza. And they Refused. I have to wait until Friday when the manager

We are very disappointed in our experience. Our food was luke warm temperature. Our food had hair in the pizza and wings. When we went back to the store not even 10minutes later the staff refused to assist. It took us 25minutes to be assisted. Note my family was the only group in there for 20 minutes of our wait until doordash drivers arrived. Then doordash drivers were assisted before my group. When we finally were helped our greeter 1) had hair untied 2) smelled strongly of Marijuana 3) had indecent provocative discriminating clothing no uniform The atmosphere was unwelcoming. I probably just ate my last Pizza Hut pizza, which is a shame, it used to be my favorite. I gave them a 5-star review just 2 years ago, and now I’m editing it down to just 2 stars. I have photos, too. This is their current version of a deep dish pizza, I called after it was delivered and discussed it with them, they checked and said it is definitely a deep dish. It might be half an inch thick, the photo with the fork shows the part that had the deepest crust. Woman working the store at 11:15AM on a Thursday is extremely rude. Shows how the culture of this restaurant is. She cancelled my order that | placed for pick up and then told me the code I used from a previous mistake was invalid be cause they "didn't mess up" last time. However that code came from an online chat so they should have to honor it. I was charged for the item I paid for and was told that was refunded, I showed her the charge on my card and she said “well it should be refunded”.
