We took our neighbors to Cosmopolitan Hrill to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. We have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. The food is amazingly fresh. Chef Imi came to our table and greeted us and actually took his time to explain the menu items. Then once again came to us as we were leaving to say goodbye giving us a hug and a handshake. He made us an appetizer tray that was delicious and a dessert tray that was out of this world. We all had the ultimate cheeseburger which was so juicy and flavorful. We stopped in late on a Monday night as we were passing through St. George. We were warmly greeted and seated. The menu is exactly "Cosmopolitan" with worldly influences and variety. Drinks were visually appealing and delicious! The food was really great. We started with burrata which was perfectly light and creamy. For entrees we had schnitzel and grilled chicken and both were superb! I would definitely recommend. The atmosphere was relaxed and upscale at the same time. Our server, Daniella, was perfect. She provided her suggestions, but was not pushy. Her timing to check on us was excellent. The menu is diverse, and delicious. The burrata appetizer, and freshly baked bread was delicious. We had two great entrees, the fish and chips was so fresh and crispy…I’d order that again any time! I had the Hungarian beef goulash, since the chef is from Hungary, It was so tender, flavorful and everything I had hoped for! Excellence 😊
