Super disappointed in the Sherwood Way location of 7 Brew today. I visit one of the locations here in town almost daily and my husband is there twice a day without fail somewhere between here and Big Spring. I always order the same thing- a Blondie Chiller with additional flavors. On occasion I will get one that seems like it is more air than anything but usually still tastes decent so I never complain. Today was one of those day. There is an obvious difference in the weight of the drink when they are like this and honestly I would expect the person handing it to me to realize something wasn’t

Absolutely unacceptable. @Lydia Ramirez I witnessed it too.I watched an employee (JD? JT? TJ?) picking their nose while handling customers’ payment cards. It was disgusting and completely unprofessional. If employees can’t follow basic hygiene standards, they shouldn’t be handling anything that belongs to customers. Management seriously needs to do better.

I want to thank this staff for going above and beyond to make the customer happy. While I’d recently, both prior to and after this visit, had bad experiences at other locations, this location reminded me why I love 7Brew. I’d seen a post regarding the energy chiller that was stacked with three different flavors and was excited to try it. San Angelo was my first attempt. The post did say to be sure to ask if they stacked, which I did, and while the young lady wasn’t sure, she asked and the person making the drinks stated they could. Visiting from Lubbock so we couldn't pass up our favorite coffee place! It was around 10 in the morning and both lines reached out in the street, which is where we started. The crew worked fast and from being to end it took less that ten minutes. I enjoyed my usual, an iced Blondie!!
