Worst service I have ever experienced. I waited 15-20 minutes patiently in line with nobody in front of me and when I asked if someone could help me a lady by the name of May asked if I would be paying with cash or card I said card and she said I could use the machine. I said I would prefer to be assisted because I had a hard time with the machine. She said they were busy and I would need to wait. Her attitude towards me was extremely difficult for me to process as I was with my children and I already suffer from depression and anxiety. The coffee here is consistently good, and I love their variety of flavors. However, I've had a few encounters with slow service during busy hours, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick caffeine fix and a snack.

Beware the staff is rude, food is over or under cooked, flies inside the shop, over populated by homeless and urine outside. The seats in the corner have bed bugs and oh did I mention the staff is overpaid little high school kids wearing gold plate jewelry trying to talk down to you as you order. But don’t you dare to ask for management and complain to Victoria she is a pretty much the reason her staff acts immature when serving the public a cold coffee and stale donut it doesn’t live to the Dunkin Motto!! Stay away walk over to C street shop.

This is an absolutely great location for Dunkin’ Donuts. The service and quality of food is A+. Obviously there’s no parking in this part of town. They do a good job of keeping it clean and safe from the homeless people.
