If you have been to Italy and know what authentic pasta tastes like, fiero will not disappoint you. The sauces are so rich in flavor, the meats in the sauce are also full of texture and flavor. The pasta are cooked to Italian standard to very chewy and bouncy. It is a steal for the price they offer. For example I ordered the similar rigatoni in a more upscale Italian restaurants in san mateo downtown and fiero cafe is way better, the pasta texture is better, the sauce is way more richer, and the next you can tell is cooked with technique that made it tastes good on its own- all that with 2/3 o
