“The food was incredible and his customer service was exceptional!”

Door was locked even though it was an hour after the store opened and the app said my order was ready. It was super hard to get ahold of the store because an AI robot answered and said my order was already picked up. We also tried to look inside the building and there were workers there and they were actively avoiding us. Once i finally got ahold of an employee on the phone, they were rude and unlocked the door remotely without even apologizing. Im very unimpressed and will NOT be coming back. Super unprofessional

Every menu item is FANTASTIC !!! The pizzas are delicious. The pasta bowls are all yum. The desserts are dangerous, especially the cinnamon twists...you can't just eat one !!! I get the plain wings and go to town on them. I use the app and it tells you when the orders is arriving. I've always received quick time on the delivery.

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. Walked in to grab my order and saw ALL of the staff, including the “manager” making food with their BARE HANDS. Absolutely no gloves on any of them as they touch each ingredient. So unsanitary and I am so disgusted and disappointed. I will never be coming here again. I can’t believe the “manager” is setting this type of example for her team and being so unsanitary.

After calling 3 locations and them telling me they do not deliver to my address, I finally called this location and spoke with Cynthia. She also stated they do not deliver to my address, but she would be more than happy to deliver to my address. She was very patient and understanding with my needs and frustrations. Thank you Cynthia.
