This is a hidden gem, let me tell you. I almost turned around because of the unpleasant environment outside, but once you pass that door, you’re transported into a completely different world. The food was not only fresh but also incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this place. I suggest asking the chef to surprise you with a dish; he knows what’s best. I’ll definitely be coming back when I fly into town.

First impression walking in wasn’t great. The tables were a little dirty, the space is very small and felt a bit cramped, and service started off a little slow. This is a great spot for sushi when you’re in the Santa Ana area. The presentation was awesome. Actually started eating it before I decided I should take a picture so that’s why there’s a half a plate. The shift did a great job. The hostess was super kind. Definitely recommend Koco Sushi.
