Came here on a weekend with friends and really enjoyed it. Sulbing does authentic Korean snow ice with super fine, milky ice that melts in your mouth—sweet but not heavy. Works great as dessert any time of year. Green Tea Chocolate Sulbing was a highlight. The matcha is more bitter and fragrant (not overly sweet), paired with chocolate cake and milk ice—very balanced and easy to keep eating. I recently tried three standout Sulbing treats, and they’re all so worth it. Tiramisu Sulbing: Smooth, creamy, with just the right hint of coffee. Light, not cloying, perfect for a sweet pick-me-up. Strawberry Tree Sulbing: Fresh, juicy strawberries paired with a fluffy, airy base. Bright, refreshing, totally hits the spot. Mango and Tiramisu Bingsu are really good. Serving size is good for sharing. The place is also good for group/ friends gatherings. Parking is usually full because it is surrounded by different food stores. Would recommend this place.
