came in to use up some gift cards i’d received. one kept declining but the cashier who was helping me was chill about it- i wish i got their name. they gave me sooooooo many fries too. i ate more fry than burger & i felt like i was going to explode after my meal. the burger was seriously decadent too. of course this is five guys so it was pricey but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to treat yourself here if you’re craving fast food.

I haven't had Five Guys in over 13 years. The first time I tried Five Guys was in Sacramento and I absolutely hated it! But this location in Santa Cruz hit the spot! The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and the grilled onions, fresh tomatoes, lettuce and pickles were great additions that complimented the burger very well. Way better than The Habit! We ordered online/delivery and there was a special buy one cheeseburger get one free. You can't beat that! I highly recommend this Five Guys.

Came here pre-concert with a friend of mine. When we were ordering our burgers, language was a barrier with the cashier. I asked for extra mustard and jalapenos on my burger, my friend did not want extra mustard or jalapenos on his, he wanted grilled onions. When I said it in Spanish, this cashier still messed up the order and insisted it was "accuerdo". Come on now. We were hungry and other places were about to close so we ate there anyways. Super soggy burger buns just drenched in sauce. I took the meat out of the last half of the burger to eat that by itself. Meh maybe if I'm in a pinch for

About a week ago, I went to eat at Five Guys in downtown Santa Cruz, and when I arrived to order, one of the guys was super friendly. He told me that someone would be there in a moment to help me take my order, but he was busy. He called another employee who was in the back doing something else and asked her to help me, but she never took my order. She just gave me a dirty look. Then the guy came and took my order. 5 stars for Billy K's help! The manager of this building needs to train his employees properly. If they don't want to work, he should hire new employees who actually want their jobs
