We decided to give Boca a try to support local small business which we love to do. My husband and I both chose the OMG burger. We requested that the burgers be cooked slightly over well done, as that is our preference. However, when the burgers arrived, neither of them was cooked to our liking. They did not even meet our definition of well done. We let the burgers rest for a while to continue to cook, but unfortunately, neither of us enjoyed the meat. Boca in Sarasota is my go-to lunch spot downtown—I come here pretty often and it never disappoints. This time I ordered a burger with their Parmesan truffle fries, and it was just as amazing as always. I always look forward to the soups of the day, and the staff meals are consistently on point. The quality and consistency here is exactly why I keep coming back. Also, shoutout to Brad the bartender—he’s amazing! Super attentive, friendly, and always has the best recommendations on the menu. He really elevates the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Great spot right near Bayfront Park. We stopped in after visiting the aquarium and walking around the park, and it was the perfect laid-back place. The food tasted amazing and everything was well prepared, though the portions were a bit on the smaller side. Service was friendly and attentive. Great vibe and definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

👎 Went here tonight (5/29/26) from Jacksonville, FL. Will not be coming back. My wife and I had a planned date night and our standards aren’t very high… but damn! The truffle fries came out burnt/overdone. The OMG burger must be called that because Oh My God… that cow was still mooing. I asked for medium well and it was Blue-Raw, cold in the middle. Wife and I decided to leave and took her food to go. Attached is the picture of the Gnocchi she ordered and the texture was glue like and chewy. Took her about near 5 minutes to eat one bite. I’ve also never seen/had rock hard broccoli, but that b
