unprofessional team. asked for a carbonate water medium size which is not even a dollar and 12cents. she just charged me for sauce packet which is even free the sauce packet. so basically the employees they charge the amount on their own whatever in their mind. so my question why you guys dont go thru or follow with your system on pricing.? its not about a dollar its about the system and honesty with your customers.. such a ridiculous team.

The general manager Maricella refused our coupon deal. She also FORGOT bacon on my BACON cheeseburger. The service here was terrible and full of side eyes. I went to exchange my soda and she looked at me sighed. She went behind the counter and started gossiping about me and my friend in spanish but she didnt know i understood. This was horrible and this made me and my friend very dissapointed in what happened. Plus the sprite was just water. 1 STAR

Pretty quick counter service and food is pretty much same as it is at other locations. Came to this location first then went to another - The reason for the low rating is that their online ordering app still doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for at least the last 2 months! Then when you go inside you don’t get the same deal. The order person doesn’t know how to ring that up either! You end up paying more too! Consequently, you lose out on the online deals offered thru their app, reward points and paying more! If we can’t order thru the online app then take down your signs that advertise this!
