Went there for breakfast. Ordered the Skirt Steak skillet. I was able to request hash browns for diced potatoes. The dish was poblano, tomato, onion, Steak and two cheeses. The skirt Steak was juicy and tender. Good flavor. Was concerned about this skillet because of the onion and tomatoes. Hoping it wasn't just a spoonful of cold Pico dump over it. My husband and I found the Rising Early Cafe to be exactly what we were looking for. Good food, good service, quiet atmosphere with easy parking. I had a vegetable skillet and my husband had the carnitas omelette. Both came with choice of pancakes or toast. My skillet was excellent. I sometimes order the vegetable omelet or skillet when we eat out. I am so often disappointed because the vegetables are undercooked and probably were originally frozen. Went for the very first time today and everything was delicious and fresh! I was surprised at how tasty the chilaquiles were. They were the perfect amount of crunch and flavor. The waffle was warm and the perfect amount of sweetness. The service was amazing and our waitress was very polite and patient when answering our questions. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a restaurant and left with a perfect experience. Great food, great staff, and amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and the restaurant was very clean.
