I’ve been going to pizza king since I can remember. I started going with my daughter who is now 32 was a baby & they were on State street. I followed him to Jay & it’s been years since I been there & stopped in today. The service is always great even though they don’t speak as fluent English as myself they still understand and are very efficient. The pizza was pretty much the same as it has always been which is GREAT ( I like my pizza a lil greasy so it was perfect) & the only thing I really didn’t like is the supply area where the napkins and lids and straws are kept. my order on grubhub and my order is never ready for pickup. they don’t warm until i get there and i only have a 30 minute lunch. 10 of which i spend walking there. wish they would have my order ready like all of the other places on Jay St do. Additionally, I ordered 1 slice pepperoni, 1 slice sausage. They didn't have any sausage, so the took a slice of cheese, sprinkled sausage on it, and heated it up. When i picked that slice up, the sausage fell off right away. Not sure why they think that's okay to do.

honestly the best dough in the area hands down. im not a huge fan of the sauce but its fine. over all they got some good pizza but the price is nutty and ngl slice price is sorta meh its like $4.75 for a slice... and its not really worth it imo but im real stingy with cash now a days.

Pizza was dry. There was barely any sauce on it. I got 2 slices of pizza and I’m halfway through one slice and I can’t eat anymore. I’m throwing the rest out. I got the meat lovers deep dish and it clearly has been sitting in the window all day. I won’t be coming back. Waste of money
