Not happy with the service here lately. First of all, the skim milk almost always tastes rancid so now I don't bother getting milk in my coffee here. Today I got the $6 meal deal and they burnt my egg and cheese on a muffin. it was very blackened and yet they still gave it to me which is very rude. Then, I brought it back in to have them make it right and this time they gave it to me and the cheese wasn't melted. It was basically just slapped on and hardly cooked. It shouldn't be that hard at this point in the game to get this sandwich perfect. I've been coming here for a very long time but i'

Had to repeat my order multiple times and they got half of it wrong. It says one thing on the receipt where I'm being overcharged saying I ordered like 8 pumps of flavoring in one coffee which I ordered only 4. Then the coffee i got had the wrong flavors.... I was overcharged and also given the wrong order after repeating the same order around 6 times... I dont know who is working around 2-3pm in the drive thru but they need to be fired or trained better.

I went there to get wild and reckless sherbet ice cream. I ordered at the window she said okay. Then I proceeded to order a regular sherbet. I got my order they both were regular sherbet. I said no I had wild and reckless sherbet and one regular. She said oh well we don’t have any wild and reckless. I said okay I don’t want this one. I want a refund she said there’s no manager in to do a refund. I said so am I suppose to keep an ice cream I don’t want? She said she can write my name to see if I can get a refund tomorrow. I was very disappointed as I went there for that ice cream. I get not a

Overnight services of this Dunkin really suck and it's one of the only ones open unfortunately. I get theirs not a lot of orders at midnight or 1am but the people who order at that time usually work overnights and deserve coffee at the same expectation as someone who comes and orders at 9am. Order is never ready and you have to wait even if you place it on the app. The service is always being ignored and super rude. Wish their was another Dunkin open.....
