For lunch, we had Chipotle, just to reminisce the first “Tex-Mex” or Americanised-Mexican food that M had brought Tom to years ago. This time, we ordered the bowl with Carnitas ($11.5) with Guacamole ($2.95) which came up to $16 inclusive of taxes. It was really tasty with the fresh ingredients. So how it goes is that you’ll choose between white or brown rice (Tom chose brown) and then the beans (Tom chose both), then the meat (Tom chose Carnitas – slow cooked seasoned shredded pork) and the vegetables (Tom chose everything including the Guac for additional $2.95). Ordered pick up at 6 pm. Pick up time was 6:10. We go in even after 6:10 and still not ready. We ended up waiting until 6:40 and ended up ordering in person. At 6:30 they said “steak isn’t ready” but does it really take half an hour!? They were out of a lot of ingredients too. Sour cream, chicken. 8 employees and management is a MESS there. This happened more than once and this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE

Very aggressive and dismissive male staff towards women customers. I didnot receive my full order I placed via doordash for pick up. I asked for refund of items I didn't receive and they refused to give me my refund. I called chiptole corporate and I have yet to hear back from them. I never received my money nor my ordered items. The person in charge was Ruben.
